Founded in 1984, CPL has become a respected and well known multi disciplined Building Services provider whose principles of quality and competitiveness in the industry are reflected in our multi million pound turnover.

The growth of our reputation and business is based on a commitment to deadlines and attention to details, which has been recognised by a number of our clients who have selected CPL as a Strategic Partner to work with them in providing a proactive and flexible service to their clients.

Our qualified engineers have many years experience dealing with projects in partnership with Local Authorities, Health Trusts, Blue Chip Companies, Leisure Operations and major M & E Services Contractors.

State of the art technology including in house computerised design, drawing and estimating facilities integrated with a Company Internet and Intranet facilities enables CPL to respond dynamically to our clients needs.

The strategic management team consists of:

Ian Aspden - Managing Director, who is responsible for the strategic development of the group consisting of CPL Heating and Plumbing Ltd and Halsall Heating Services Ltd. His role includes business development and heading the mechanical estimating department.

Paul Walmsley - Installations Director, heads our team of contracts managers and is responsible for overseeing the entire on site activities of our 30 strong team of time served staff.

Graham Aspden - Director of Operations, who is responsible for the operational activities of CPL including managing the activities of our project engineers and heading the plumbing estimating department.

Each contracts manager and project engineer is responsible for their own projects from commencement to completion with overall project quality and performance being monitored by our senior management team.
